Please read carefully the booking rules below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein, including minors.

Reservation

It is possible to make a reservation for the entire villa in two different ways:

1) online booking through the website www.villarosasorrentocoast.com.

In this case, the full amount of the reservation will be paid.

2) if you prefer to pay by deferring payments over time, you can send a booking request via the contact page or via email to villlarosasorrentohills@gmail.com writing your payment requirements. We will try to meet every need

The reservation becomes binding only at the end of the bank transaction, that is when the funds will be transferred to our current account.

At this point, Villa Rosa will undertake to send the customer a summary e-mail to be shown at check-in which implies acceptance of our cancellation terms.

We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation data and to notify us of any anomalies as soon as possible.

The communication must be received no later than 4 days from its receipt. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.

Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

To make changes to your booking, you must contact us by e-mail and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request.

In the event of a request to change the booking dates for a period for which a higher price is envisaged, the customer is required to pay the difference between what was initially requested and the final price of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation of booking must be communicated in writing by e-mail to:

For the cancellation conditions refer to the terms indicated below:

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before the expected date of arrival, no cost will be charged if the payment is made by bank transfer. If the payment is made by paypal or credit card, only the transaction costs will be withheld. The maximum amount of transaction fees does not exceed 2% of the total amount paid. The amount paid, net of transaction costs, will be returned within 14 days of cancellation in the same way as used for the credit

In case of cancellation made between 29 and 10 days before the date of arrival, Villa Rosa reserves the right to withhold 50% of the amount of the stay

For cancellations made within 9 days before the guest's check-in date, we will keep the full amount of the reservation

Interruption of the stay:

No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.

Check-in time:

The right to occupy the Villa begins at 3 pm on the first day of the contracted period.

Check-out time:

The right to occupy the Villa ends at 11:00 on the day of expiry of the stay.

Children's policy:

Infants under the age of two, not completed on the check-in date, will stay for free.

The cot is available free of charge only upon request sent by e-mail

A daily supplement of € 15.00 will be applied to children between the ages of two and 10, not completed on the check-in date.

Older children will be assigned a dedicated bed and a supplement of 35 euros will be applied

Pets Allowed

The presence of animals such as cats and small or medium-sized dogs is allowed both in the rooms and in the apartments. Liability for damage to property lies entirely with the owner of the animal.

Causes of force majeure:

The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, by atmospheric events, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, diseases and thefts.

Due to the Coronavirus - Covid-19 health emergency in case restrictions are imposed by the Govern
